Navarathri sacred to the Mother Goddess are celebrated in the month of October. It commemorates the victory of Goddess Durga over a demon, Mahishasur. I've decided to offer more useful content in my blogs on a regular basis to help you build things, careers and even build businesses. At first,I am opening my email inbox and invite your attention back to a common question -“How do I get started as a professional freelance writer?”Believe me,I receive anywhere from 15 to 30 emails a month, asking me the same question, “How do I get started as a professional freelance writer?”

Everyone thinks the writing life is so glamorous.I’m a full-time freelance writer, something most people can’t even conceive of. Those who have tried full-time freelance writing give up very shortly after they start because the uncertainty and stress gets the best of them.

Still,my sincere reply is just do it.Yes,starting a freelance writing career is not rocket science.First of all, note that freelance writing is a business, but it’s also a lifestyle–one that takes stamina and courage and, above all, fortitude. To be a successful freelance writer, you need to be equal parts creative, inspired wordsmith and detail-driven business keeper. Instead of addressing yourself a freelance writer, substitute the words small business owner because that’s exactly what you are. It forces you to think in daylight.Like any business, you’ll be selling a product or providing a service. In either case, you’ll need someone to purchase them. If you’re not willing to market yourself, then freelancing probably isn’t for you. So,you set out on your freelance adventure, you need a secure business plan, ie a detailed documentation describing what you plan to do, what you need to do it and how you plan to succeed.A sound plan is the first step to success.

Harness your intuition, generate surprising, powerful, and sparking ideas, solve complex problems quickly and elegantly, overcome childhood doubts and fears. This all happens when you know how to get in touch any time of the day or night with your creativity.Last, but not least, choose your words carefully;not to impress but to express!
